My bowl and plate are out of the glaze kiln and ready to be graded. I glazed my cup today using the same color scheme, and it is going to be (hopefully) out tomorrow so I will be able to grade all three together. Below are pictures of my bowl and plate:

I glazed my plate, so my matched set is almost completley finished.  I'm going with the colors dark blue, green, and black for the matched set, because they are all dark and compliment eachother nicely. And my extra credit bowl has just come out of the glaze kiln.

My bowl in my matched set is finished, and my plate is being glazed currently. The handle on my cup fell off, so I'm going to have to use it as a regular cup instead. I will still be turning it in with my matched set, but I will create another cup and turn it in when I finish.

This week I started working on my matched set. I have already made and glazed two bowls that are currently in the glaze kiln, and I just footed a plate and cylinder (that I will be attaching a handle to, to make a cup) and will be firing and glazing those soon!

I have finished all my projects that are currently due, which includes two bowls, tall project, and a wide project! I have them all in the grading blog and gallery as well. Yesterday, I created two bowls on the wheel, and I footed both today and set them on the bisque shelf. When they come out, I will start my match set project.

I attached a handle to my project on thursday, and it was loaded into the bisque on Friday. I got it out today and glazed it with green on the outside and black on the inside. As soon as it comes out I will have it graded and posted! I have currently been helping some of the beginner students on the wheel so I have not been able to start my Set project, but I will try tomorrow!

My two bowls are finally finished, published into the grading blog, and ready to be sent off! They both turned out very nicely, and I'm happy of the outcome with both of them. I made a new tall project on Friday, footed it on Tuesday (since it was still too wet on Monday), and attached a handle to it today! It is fairly taller then wide, about 1.5 inches, and looks very nice with the handle attached. I'm going to glaze it using the same colors as my bowls, so they will look like a dinner set!

I have finished my second bowl for the soup kitchen, and will be posting pictures of it soon. . My tall project that I was working on broke, so I started a new one on Friday. I wrapped it up and I will foot it tomorrow. I should have it glazed and hopefully turned in by Friday!

I have been working on my two bowls for the soup kitchen and my tall project these past two weeks. I have glazed both my bowls and they are almost ready to post online and get graded. The tall project Mrs. Heideman helped me make has been footed and is in my locker waiting to be fired in the bisque kiln.. It is 11 cm tall and 8.5 cm wide. I'm so excited to see how they all turn out! ! The first pucture is of my Tall Project and the other picture below is of my bowl that will be used for the soup kitchen!
